Protecting confidential customer information is of the highest priority at OfficeMax. Our U.S. Operations continues to invest substantial time and resources to sustain compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards, and to mitigate security risks within our computing environment. Our comprehensive Information Security program sets forth the rules for governing the security of information and technology assets throughout OfficeMax. The Program was established utilizing industry standards such as International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 17799 and COBIT, both internationally accepted sets of guidelines for information technology governance.
