Serving Enterprises & Institutions

OfficeMax serves mid-size and large enterprises through our Contract business division, with offerings tailored to each, from enterprise-wide coordination with the procurement process, to personalized service and easy ordering.

Our mindset in serving these customers, however, extends beyond that of a products and services provider, to one of a proactive strategic ally and problem-solver. This perspective has resulted in numerous innovations that benefit our customers, our company and the environment. Some of these include customer insight and usage reports, online ordering, obsolete electronics recycling and, through initiatives from our Canadian subsidiary, Grand & Toy, electronic invoice presentment.
