Customers have the flexibility to shop for and purchase the products and services they need in a variety of ways: in-person at more than 1,000 stores worldwide, many of them in our new customer-focused Advantage format; online through a recently enhanced OfficeMax.com; over the telephone through our toll-free world-class call centers; and through our traditional printed catalog.
We’ve recently expanded our MaxPerks loyalty program to introduce substantial new benefits for educators and to provide schools and businesses with incentives and assistance for recycling ink and toner cartridges and cell phone batteries. MaxPerks now raises the bar when it comes to the integration of business, community outreach, and environmental stewardship goals.
Our in-store ImPress print and document services provide a wide array of flexible solutions that enhance productivity and professionalism. Customers can submit and manage their print and document orders online, so that their orders are ready when arrive at their ImPress location. They can choose paper options that help support their own environmental stewardship goals and can take comfort in knowing that the equipment used to output their materials are among the most energy efficient available, having earned the ENERGY STAR label.
