Compensation and Benefits
Over 28,000 full- and part-time associates derive all or some of their livelihoods from our U.S. Operations, and approximately 7,000 more from our majority- or wholly-owned operations worldwide. In 2007, our U.S. Operations elected to extend additional benefits to domestic partners of our associates regardless of sexual orientation. These include the following: inclusion in relocation expenses, bereavement leave, and family-oriented leave, similar to that provided for in the U.S. Family and Medical Leave Act.
