Serving Entrepreneurs, Educators & IndividualsOfficeMax is structured to best align with our various customer groups. We serve small and home businesses, teachers and individuals primarily through our OfficeMax Retail division.

In meeting the needs of this heterogeneous group, OfficeMax has stressed flexibility, ease, responsiveness, recognition and reward, and support for community and environment.

Customers have the flexibility to shop for and purchase the products and services they need in a variety of ways: in-person at more than 1,000 stores worldwide, many of them in our new customer-focused Advantage format; online through a recently enhanced OfficeMax.com; over the telephone through our toll-free world-class call centers; and through our traditional printed catalog.

We’ve recently introduced new benefits and greater flexibility to our MaxPerks for business loyalty program and continued the enhancements to our MaxPerks for educators program that were established in 2007.

Our in-store ImPress print and document services provide a wide array of flexible solutions that enhance productivity and professionalism. Customers can submit and manage their print and document orders online, so that their orders are ready when they arrive at their ImPress location. They can choose paper options that help support their own environmental stewardship goals and can take comfort in knowing that the equipment used to output their materials are among the most energy efficient available, having earned the ENERGY STAR® label.
