Educational Benefits

Tuition Reimbursement

In 2008, both our U.S. Operations, and our Canadian subsidiary, Grand & Toy, offered tuition reimbursement programs to associates. Both programs encouraged associates to pursue and achieve professional growth that offers the potential for career advancement within our companies, and that benefit our companies. Due to economic circumstances, the OfficeMax tuition reimbursement program has subsequently been put on hold.

Grand & Toy Scholarship Program

Through the Brian Brydges Scholarship Program, Grand & Toy provides associates with an important educational benefit. The scholarship was created in honor of a past Grand & Toy associate and is granted each year to three associates who are returning to school or to one of their children who is preparing to enter college.
